Baby Games – Fun Activities for Your Newborn

Having baby games regularly too builds more bonding and fun between mother and kid; and as a result, the bond between the two is increased given that the games are always conducted. Stimulating activities can help shape a kid’s brain to work more effectively in the future

Mothers and fathers would find lot of baby games available on line. Many sites familiar the significance of baby games for infants to develop.

Through baby games, you will learn to know what makes your baby laugh, enjoy or cry.

The main tools we have to adjust our parenting skills are our eyes and our ears.

Some of these baby games are plain and mothers would be able to do it by themselves. One game that could be done on the infants first month is Finger Puppets. This game that only requires the use of finger puppets, and would help arouse the babys visual skills, and prefers more communication between mother, father and child. You could choose to also make your own finger puppets or purchase one from stores.

A different a common baby games is Facing Off. Parents could play by facing their child on eye level and making several facial expressions. The infant would be keyed up to see changes in the face and would enhance his visual recognition skills. Moreover, since babies often keep in mind faces better than grownups, doing this activity will make them even more close to their parents.

Many other baby games would enable the baby to build up the required skills sooner than expected. All parents have to do is be creative in playing with their children and make sure to interact with them a lot.

How to Choose a Child Learning Toy?

Saturday, April 5th, 2008

It always happens: just when you think your child has found a child learning toy that she really enjoys, she seems to grow bored of it suddenly and toss it aside. A lot of parents might think that this is because the child is spoiled or that the novelty of the child learning toy has worn off, but this is not usually the case.

Novelty might have something to do with it, but the common underlying reason for a child losing interest in a child learning toy is that they have learnt everything that the toy has to teach them. You will need to find a new source of stimulation, but don’t throw that old toy out yet. If it taught a concept or a skill, that can be revisited later and reinforced, but only after a little while.

When you go to the toy store to look for a new child learning toy, your first instinct is to go with one that will likely keep your child occupied for some time. While this should be a concern, your primary one should be choosing a child learning toy that teaches a skill or a concept that is new to your child. This should be in key with your child’s development (so don’t buy math games for a four year old, hoping to give your child a ‘head start’)

The toys you buy your child will need to be constantly updated to ensure that they are learning and developing at the proper rate.

fun play

Is it possible to learn and have fun?

What is the role of education?

Can we help our children to learn efficiently?

Is there a way to enjoy the learning process?

Those are the questions I am asking myself while looking at young children, wherever they are, at school, at play area, in kindergarten.  The need for fun play games and toys at home and at school has never been more widely recognized.

Teachers and parents everywhere are learning that fun play is the key to making a success of educational games.  Finding games that are fun play and educational is a bit of a hit and miss game, but often games are not expensive, or they can be played with objects you have at home.

Despite what you might think, children love to learn. They enjoy fun play, and they enjoy educational games, and often they are not able to tell the difference.

However, more than fun play, children like to win.  Teaching them a game that is competitive yet easy is one sure way to teach concepts and skills fast.  Math is one of the easiest skills to teach through games, although word skills and social skills can also be taught.

In the new website of www.the-child-learning-game.com you will find a new refreshing way of looking towards education and fun process.
